About These Services
AKE provides 1:1 athlete coaching (online and in-person), posing coaching, and keynote speaking. Services are delivered directly by Amy King or under her direction, and are described on their respective pages of this site.
Not Medical Advice
Coaching provided through AKE relates to athletic training, nutrition, and performance, and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new training or nutrition program, particularly if you have an existing health condition. Coaching-level guidance on mindset or behavioural patterns is provided within Amy's scope of qualifications and does not constitute psychological treatment.
Assumption of Risk
Physical training and competition carry inherent risk of injury. By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge this risk and confirm you are physically able to participate, or have consulted a medical professional to confirm you are able to do so.
Bookings & Inquiries
Inquiries submitted through this site's forms do not constitute a booking or contractual commitment. Coaching engagements, Strategy Sessions, and PT bookings are confirmed separately through HubFit or direct communication with Amy.
Cancellations
Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms (such as those for the Athlete Strategy Session or PT sessions) are stated on the relevant booking page or communicated directly at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, the AKE Performance brand and logo, and downloadable resources — is the property of Amy King Enterprises unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
The Whole Prep Project™
The Whole Prep Project™ is a separate membership and educational community operated independently from 1:1 AKE coaching. It is governed by its own terms, available at the-whole-prep-project.com.
Third-Party Services
This site uses third-party platforms including Google Forms, HubFit, and Kit to deliver certain services. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own respective terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amy King Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its services. Coaching results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
