Responses to qualifying questions on our inquiry forms (e.g. what type of coaching you're interested in)
Coaching-related information you provide during onboarding or ongoing work with Amy, including training, nutrition, and behavioural assessment data submitted through client tools

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site beyond what's required for basic hosting and security.

How Forms Are Handled

Inquiry and lead magnet forms on this site are built on Google Forms and store responses in Google Sheets, accessible only to Amy King and authorized staff. Coaching program management (bookings, check-ins, client programming) is handled through HubFit. These are separate, industry-standard third-party platforms, and each has its own privacy practices governing how they store and secure data.

Email Lists Stay Separate

Amy King Enterprises maintains strict separation between coaching-related contacts and The Whole Prep Project™ membership contacts. Information submitted through an AKE coaching inquiry is never added to The Whole Prep Project™'s membership email system, and vice versa.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to inquiries and follow up on coaching, speaking, or general questions
To deliver requested resources (such as free guides or checklists)
To manage active coaching relationships, including programming, check-ins, and progress tracking

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Health & Coaching Data

As part of coaching, you may share information related to your training, nutrition, or general wellbeing. This information is used solely to inform your coaching program and is kept confidential, accessible only to Amy King and any staff directly involved in delivering your coaching.

Third-Party Links

This site links out to third-party services including Instagram, YouTube, HubFit, Google Forms, and The Whole Prep Project™. Once you leave amykingenterprises.com, that service's own privacy policy applies.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@amykingenterprises.com.

Children's Privacy

This site and its services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
